TM "Ellada" olive oil is produced on the island of Crete, as well as in Pylos (Messinia region), which is considered the birthplace of Greek olive oil.
 Cretan oil is made from selected varieties of olives grown in ideal ecological conditions, because there is no industrial production on the island.
 Oil from Pylos is made from early harvest olives. Here, the fruits are harvested first in Greece, preventing their oxidation, which makes it possible to obtain a product with a mild taste, fruity aroma and low acidity. That is why local oil has the prefix "delicate" in its name. It has an extremely mild taste and allows you to enrich the diet with necessary vitamins and fatty acids.
