Ellada
TM "Ellada" products are produced on the island of Crete in ideal ecological conditions, as well as in Pylos, which is considered the birthplace of Greek olive oil and olives. Here, olives are harvested first in Greece, preventing their oxidation, which makes it possible to obtain oil with a mild taste, fruity aroma and low acidity.
Greek olives are a reference point of quality for gourmets, because it is here that the largest, fleshy and juicy berries grow, which have their own characteristic organoleptic and taste features - large caliber, dense and pronounced shiny surface, excellent almond shape.
